Q1:
There is a black spot on the projected image. How can I remove it?
A: Gently tap the projector or blow air inside with a hairdryer. Carefully open the back cover of
the projector and wipe the inner screen with a clean cotton swab with alcohol.

Q2:
When screen mirroring, the projector cannot play Netflix, Youtube, Hulu, or Disney
videos, etc. Why?
A: Due to copyright restrictions, most projectors do not support wireless mirroring of
streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, and Disney. To enjoy these services, we recommend
using a TV Stick (not included) along with our projector.
Q3:
The screen mirroring or WiFi connection is unstable. How can I resolve this issue?
A: Screen mirroring requires a strong wireless WiFi signal, ensure that your home network is
functioning well. The video resolution will dynamically adjust based on the strength of your
Wi-Fi signal. If the problem persists, please reach out to us at

Q4:
The projector displays the picture but has no sound. What could be the reason?
A: 1)The projector does not support Dolby sound, DTS, 5.1-channel, HDMI CEC, ARC.
Make sure to turn off any Dolby settings on your connected devices.
2) Verify that both the projector's volume and the volume on any external devices or Bluetooth
speakers are set to an adequate level.
3) Try playing different videos using other speakers. Certain versions of Bluetooth speakers
may not work well with the projector.
Q5:
Why can't I find certain features? And why is the image out of focus no matter how
adjust it?
A: 1) While playing videos via HDMI, press the remote menu key, then you will see the
image settings, where the brightness, etc can be adjusted.
2) Please turn off the "Omnidirectional Automatic Correction" option in the Projection
Image Settings first, the zoom function will appear.
