IMPORTANT

This product should be installed by a qualified electrician.
Before installation, maintenance or lamp replacement please ensure the power supply is disconnected.
INSTALLATION
1. Seperate the diffuser from the body and remove lampholder
2. Place fitting on firm surface, remove required knockouts on the inside of fitting using a suitable punch, striking sharply on the
knockout near the periphery.
3. Remove required knockout, M20.
4. The fitting can then be mounted to normal surfaces using no. 8 wood screws. We advise a sealing compound be used around the
screw heads to reduce water ingress. A sealed termination should be made using an appropriate M20 cable gland, assembled
with locknuts/lockrings.
5. Note: To maintain IP rating and a weatherproof fitting, a suitable gasket (rubber) should be used.
6. Heat resisting sleeving is provided (tungsten only) to sleeve incoming cables, live (red or brown) and neutral (black or blue).
Connect cables to lampholder, ensuring screws are fully tightened,
7. Assemble and fit lamps as required. Fit standard GLS B22 lamp. 100W max.
8. Do not over-tighten fixing screws. An effective weatherproof seal can be provided with moderate tightening of screws.
