MATERIALS LIST:
Marble Wall (55" H x 29" W x 6.5" D)
1 - 27" length 2x4 wood piece
2 - 5.5" length 2x4 wood piece
7 - 1-1/2" Wood Screws
6 Wall Anchors
INSTALLATION:
Position the longer 27" length 2x4 wood piece lengthwise, level on the wall, at top
height where marble wall will be placed. Drill (2) holes through 2 x 4 into wall. Set
anchors and secure 2" x 4" to the wall, referring to instructions at right for Step-By-
Step wall anchor use directions. Set marble wall on 2x4, while continuing to hold pan-
el in place, and mark where the bottom and sides of the activity wall are. Remove mar-
ble wall. From the bottom marks that have been made on the wall, mark another line
1/2" above and inside those lines. Position the two smaller 5.5" length 2x4's vertically,
making certain that they are straight. Drill 1/2" holes through each of the smaller 2x4
pieces and into wall. Set wall anchors. Reposition marble wall, ensuring it is level, and
secure it to the 2" x 4" frame with the provided 1 1/2" wood screws by using a Phillips
head bit and inserting (1) wood screw into each of the pre-drilled openings at the top
and bottom sides of panel.
MAINTENANCE CHECKLIST
✓All of the following wear points should be checked on a monthly basis and recorded
on the checklist enclosed:

Check the wood surface and edges for splinters. If found, discontinue use until
repaired. You may repair it by sanding the area smooth with a medium grit sand-
paper, and applying two coats of clear lacquer to the repaired area.

Check all components to make certain they remain secured to activity wall.
MATTING PRECAUTIONS:
•
Always use appropriate matting under and around equipment.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
• Check with your infectious disease department before using these procedures.
• Check for client allergies first.
• Clean with a damp rag and a mild surface cleaning solution.
• Let air dry or wipe dry with a cloth.

techniques. In addition, the layout of your activity area, proper installation and maintenance of
