    The declared vibration emission level represents the main applications of the tool. However if the tool is used for different applications, with different accessories or poorly maintained, the vibration emission may differ. This may significantly increase the exposure level over the total working period. An estimation of the level of exposure to vibration should also take into account the times when the tool is switched off or when it is running but not actually doing the job.
  • Page 9 On/Off Switch Use the On/Off switch to start the machine, to switch the machine off, use the On/Off switch again. Collet nut Press spindle lock button and rotate the spindle by wrench until the lock button engages the spindle preventing further rotation. Keep holding the lock button and loosen the collet nut.

    Inserting cut off wheel 1. Insert the mandrel which has a small screw into the collet like the above mentioned and ensuring that the screw nut is tightened and the collet well established. 2. Loosen the screw on the top of the mandrel and remove it. Attach the accessories on the top of mandrel, then put back the removed screw and tighten it.
