Knowledge of all the safety instructions and handling instructions contained in it is a prerequisite for working safely and properly with the unit.

Note any transport damage on the transport documents and have them confirmed.

Installation site NOTE Do not cover the ventilation openings of the cooling unit, overheating will destroy the unit. Unpack the unit and remove all packing material. Remove the protective film. Place the unit on a level surface that can withstand the weight.

Supply connections In the case of plug-in units, the piping is permanently connected to the refrigeration unit and the refrigeration circuit is filled with refrigerant. The unit is supplied as standard with a 1.5 metre long connection cable with earthing contact plug. The unit is connected to an AC mains supply of 230Volt/50Hz (country-specific, see type plate).

Operating connections DANGER Danger due to electrical voltage on live components The electrical connection must be carried out by an authorised specialist and comply with the applicable standards, regulations and safety provisions. Connect the unit to an AC mains supply with a rated voltage of 220-240Volt/ 50Hz. Fuse the supply line with max.13A(slow).

    V1.5/2023/01 Waste cooler Operating instructions 5.5. Commissioning The unit was pre-cleaned in operation after manufacture. Before commissioning, clean the unit again with a suitable cleaning agent to remove any impurities that may have arisen. After installation, wait approx. 2 hours before commissioning so that the refrigerant can be evenly distributed in the refrigerant circuit (only for self-cooled units).

    Operating instructions Waste cooler V1.5/2023/01 6.2. Filling with waste: The interior is designed for bins of the standardised size 120 L or 240 L, depending on the version. Lift the lid of the bins before adjusting them. Push the waste bin into the refrigerator compartment until it touches the ram protection on the rear wall. This provides the optimum position under the insertion flaps.

Remove the machine compartment cover. 3. Loosen the fixing screw of the unit and pull it out to the front until you have access to the unit capsule.

Decommissioning DANGER Danger due to electrical voltage on live components THE APPLIANCE IS ONLY DE-ENERGISED WHEN THE MAINS PLUG IS REMOVED FROM THE SOCKET. Cooling mode is set by pressing the ON/OFF button. Pull the mains plug out of the socket to take the appliance out of operation. During the interruption of operation, the doors must remain open to allow the refrigeration unit to air out.
