Center Wing Assembly Trial Fit Fig 3 Remove the wing center section from the plastic bag. With the section laying flat bottom side up remove the center forward and rear tube covers and place aside. You need to cut the slot for the assembly to mount to the foam center wing.

Place front and back canopy mounts in there Fig 5 slots. Install the landing wheel and set the whole assembly set aside DO NOT GLUE. Assemble the center wing section with the lateral former and carbon tubes. Align the lateral former so that the motor mount slots are even.

Glue the two main motor mount pieces Fig 8 together, place the 4 Socket head screws through the inside holes and stack the 4 extension pieces on the screws. You may need to widen the center holes to allow free movement of the motor shaft.

Cut your tube covers to fit. Place 2 12 inch Fig 10 extensions on each side remove foam as needed to insure that the extensions slide as the wings wires are fixed. Remove foam as needed and glue your covers in place. See FIG 12 Install your motor mount with motor attached and route the wires thru the slot in the center wing.

Once dry install servos in there predetermined Fig 15 slots. NOTE: if you are going to use Y connections for the Ailerons and flaps you will need to reverse one of the flap servos so that this can be accomplished. Make 4 10MM x 20MM pieces form the 1/16 or 2MM plywood for the control horns.

Make sure the two pieces are aligned the Fig 22 Vtail connector and the Vtail foam halves are keyed to insure this. Place aside in such a manner that the angles are maintained. See FIG. 22 Ttail trial fit and assembly 1.
