Microsoft Windows 7 ․ Windows 7 can’t recognize SECG unit, please download “mchpcdc.inf” from WhaleTeq website. This driver is provided by Microchip® for using with PIC microprocessors having built-in USB function. ․ When the USB module is connected for the first time, select manual installation, and point to the folder containing the above file.
SECG 5.0 AIO | User Manual 2.1.4 Microsoft .Net Framework 4.0 Installation WhaleTeq software is developed by Microsoft .Net Framework 4.0. If SECG software fails to launch properly, please check whether Microsoft .Net Framework 4.0 or higher versions was installed in the operation system.
(1) If ‘‘SIMULATION MODE’’ shows instead of the serial number, please switch the DIP switch on the rear of the SECG 5.0 AIO to ‘‘AIO’’ mode. (2) The file systems of USB flash drives supported by the SECG 5.0 AIO are NTFS and FAT32, and exFAT is not supported.

If the noise is high, users can reduce the noise by using the following methods: (a) Place a metal plate under the SECG 5.0 AIO, the ECG device under test (hereinafter referred to as DUT), and the computer, then connect the hex nut of the DB15 connector on the rear of SECG 5.0 AIO (grounding of the casing)

Note: 1. The metal plate's size should cover the SECG 5.0 AIO, the DUT, and the computer at least, and it's unnecessary to ground the metal plate itself. 2. If the DUT is powered by batteries and doesn’t have a grounding of the casing, it’s unnecessary to connect it to the metal plate for testing.

The Auto Test SpO Mode is only applicable to the PPG-2TF-660. The PPG- 2TF-660 can be used only after it is connected to the SECG 5.0 AIO. If the Auto Trigger Level reminder shows, please check the IR status, or whether the DUT connects to the PPG-2TF-660 and is in a proper measuring position.
SECG 5.0 AIO | User Manual Auto Test SpO Mode tab can be separated into 2 sections. The upper section is for waveform selection and test parameter setting; the lower section is for waveform playback display. This mode can detect the dynamic light intensity function of the DUT, so the PPG-2TF-660 can send corresponding signals as the same intensity to the DUT according to the change in light intensity.

Python. Calibration and Validation Both WhaleTeq SECG 5.0 AIO and software have been system verified, and reports can be provided according to user’s needs. Prior to shipping, each unit is tested for component values and output voltages, using a calibrated precision multi-meter.
Self-Calibration Self-calibration assists the user calibrates SECG 5.0 AIO before testing. If the connection between the SpO module/heart rate module and the SECG 5.0 AIO becomes loose or if the module is removed while playing PPG signals, it will result in the inability to test the SpO PWTT functions. Should this situation arise, please follow the correct steps to reinstall and then restart the testing.
Connect properly and disconnect properly. The PC software provided by the SECG 5.0 AIO is only for initial tests to verify the basic functions, performance, or availability of the system, product, or process.
