    This Modular seating system is designed to be used as a mobility aid and not as a static seating system; as such, the occupant should not be left in the chair without an attendant holding the push handles of the wheelchair/pushchair base.

    The modular seat is often supplied pre-fitted to a range of different bases. The following are details of some of the most common combinations. For any wheelbase not listed below, please refer to the manufacturer’s guidelines or contact Tendercare Ltd directly.

    To secure the modular seat into the host wheelchair / pushchair follow the instructions in Section 4. Check that the child is correctly positioned in the modular seating system by following section 5. Remove the Pommel, Knee Block and Playtrays if fitted. You must refer to the Wheelbase Manufacturer instructions for more information about which accessories need to be removed.
