CG 3900 Installation and activation manual
CG 3900 is a Sigfox micro base station for extending the Sigfox coverage.
This is to be used in areas with limited coverage.
Installation requires:
• 230 V net power
• Internet connection via SIM card or Ethernet

Complete following steps for complete installation and activation:
1. Set up the site
2. Set up Internet connection with SIM card or Ethernet
You need an android phone with the app installed on it.
The site management app is not available for iPhone.
1. Set up the site
First we set the site where the base station is installed. This is basically adding the
location of your micro base station to the Sigfox network (called Atlas).
Download and install the the app from the google store

Open the sigfox app and do the following:
1. click on the 3-lines menu icon
2. Choose site management
3. Fill in the details, you can use the GPS of your phone to detect the coordinates
4. The number is for internal reference. You can use any number you want (eg. 1,2,3,...),
5. Click SAVE
2. Set up Internet connection with SIM card
2.1. Requirements
• Android phone with Sigfox utility app (Sigfox Access Station Utility - Apps on Google Play )
• USB cable
• Micro base station + all cabling
• Activated SIM card
• 2 GB monthly subscription or more
• NO PIN code configured on SIM card (disable by putting in your phone and change the settings)
