Description
K15 is a vandal resistant keypad with real time clock enabling. The
two relays have individual code banks. Relay1 may be disabled for
periods by a 24hr clock. Relay1 may also have visitor codes that self
delete after one use, or remain valid for only (up to) 24 hours. The
stainless steel panel is in a cast aluminium surface housing. Vandal
resistant illuminated keys have positive tactile. An SMP regulator
saves power in standby.
Setup & Admin
All codes can be 4 to 8 digits long. Programming is via admin code.
In simple mode operation one user code may be set for both relays.
In standard operation codes are entered into separate databases
for relay1 and relay2. Codes are assigned to locations 0-999 for
relay1, 0-99 for relay2. Admin keeps a record of location numbers,
codes, and user names. Individual codes can be deleted by knowing
a location number, or you would need to delete all the relay codes.

Hardware
K15 uses a switching power supply to accept a wide range of power
supplies. Both relays have volt free contacts. The exit button is for
relay1 only. Ensure two links are installed. A third solid state 'DU'
output may be used in addition to relay1 or relay2. The solid state
'active keypad' output may be used to turn on a camera or lighting
via a relay. Other terminals are used for airlock door pairs.

User instructions
Enter your code followed by #
A beep follows every key press. A long beep means a correct code.
Wrong codes give 5 short beeps. The code determines which relay
operates. Wipe clean. Do not use abrasives or a pressure washer.
1 - User programming
This is the standard operating mode. The default admin code is
0000. Entry & exit keying is included on each line for simplicity, but
several instructions can be inserted between enter & exit. Codes
are shown 4 digits for simplicity (can be up to 8 digit). Enter 12# to
stop the 60 secs of power up tones.

In this example the present time is set to 3:25pm. The example disables relay1
codes from 5pm thru to 9am. All days are the same. Relay2 is unaffected.

Factory default is 5 secs. This example sets relay2 to 8 secs. Setting relay1 to 0
makes it toggle. Maximum 'ON' time is 99,999 secs, which is over 24 hours.

2 - Simple mode programming
In admin mode, the same admin code can have several functions by adding # then
a single digit function code. These are the user keystrokes.

One day clock disable
Disable all relay 1 codes
The one day clock disable instruction #8 can be entered any time before
or during the start of the disable period. Repeat #8 instruction to rein-
state time clock. Also, repeat #9 instruction to re-instate relay1.
