Unpacking and Setup Unpacking Instructions Remove all parts and hardware from the carton and place them on a clean, soft, dry surface. Check the parts list to make sure no parts are missing. Preparing The Appliance ADDING END PANELS AND EDGE TRIMS One-Sided (Hole in wall) The end panels for one sided / hole in wall installation are already fitted to the appliance. Only the edge trims on both sides of the unit need removed. Two-Sided (Corner) On the closed end of a two sided / corner installation the edge trims are to be removed and the end panel secured in place. On the open end the end panel is to be removed and the edge trims refitted. Three-Sided (Panoramic) You must first remove the edge trims and end panels on both sides of the fire. Installing The Appliance Floating Installation It is recommended that the hanging bracket only be used for floating installations. In all other scenarios, the appliance should be adequately supported from the underside. Operating The Appliance Manual Control Panel Timer Spot Light Flame Display Screen Heater Ember Light Power POWER • Push button to turn ON or turn OFF. • The POWER button supplies power to all the features of the electric insert. This button must be ON for any of the features to work properly. • When the fireplace is first turned on, the Flame/Ember light is Amber, the heater default OFF. • Once turn OFF, all current settings will be stored and then restored at the next power ON ( except Timer). FLAME • This button controls the brightness/colour of flame. • When the first time push simulated flame effect that the flame brightness is on highest set- ting and the flame with Amber, the digital display screen will be shown F01. • Press and long hold the flame button and enter the flame brightness adjustment. The flame button for flashes,There are 5 levels of flame brightness.
