Hydraulic load balancer INSPECTION CHECKLIST The assembly, installation and commissioning of the machine is the MAJAR reseller’s responsibility. Please read carefully the use and care manual and the safety regulations. Make sure that the indicated points of the checklist had been verified before delivery and on delivery and amended if necessary before delivering the machine to the owner. -

INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING The installation and commissioning of the tool are the responsibility of the MAJAR reseller. The machine must be delivered fully mounted, lubricated and adjusted to the normal operating conditions COUPLING OF THE MACHINE The Aerovert has to be coupled to the rear of an agricultural tractor with 3 point tractor lift cat. Page 7: Montage And Accessory Change
MONTAGE AND ACCESSORY CHANGE The Aerovert comes mounted, however the tools are interchangeable and can be disassembled and reassembled depending on the work to do. Never disassemble the frames supporting the tine rollers without unlocking the drainage tilting. When the Aerovert is equipped with a hydraulic load balancer (CPH), it is necessary to change accessory, to replace the push bar of the CPH with a other push bar and use the tractor lifting to obtain a vertical offset needed for pushing the tools. -

Check the tightening of the bolts at the tightening torque at the end of the manual. The safety is a challenge that concerns the most while designing and manufacturing this tool. However, the efforts of the constructor may be shattered due to user carelessness. The accident prevention depends on prudence and training of staff in charge of using and maintenance of the machine. - Page 9 Adjustment of the Aerovert • Linkage adjustment: Adjust the idlers of the lower lings of the tractor so that the aerator is centred and that the idlers only permit the necessary movement for the lifting hitch. Adjust the length of the 3rd point so that the chassis is horizontal. •...
