Pretherapy treats the proximal areas first, decongesting them so that they can receive the lymph fluid that is mobilized during the Sequential or Peristaltic cycles. A specific pattern is applied, and the duration will vary according to garment size, lasting between 5-12 minutes, with a preselected pressure of 30 mmHg.
