6.9 Communication Connection 6.9.1 BAT-COM Connection NOTICE BAT-COM port is used for communication between battery and inverter, and communication between Sieyuan Energy Meter and inverter, BAT-COM must be install corectly.(Pin1-Pin6 must be installed, Pin7&Pin8 are not mandatory.) Pin2 connects to the battery CAN_L, Pin3&Pin4 are connected to the battery 12V interface positive and negative (some batteries need to be connected to the 12V power supply, see the battery manual); Pin5&Pin6 are connected to the Sieyuan meter Pin21&Pin22.
