Steps:
Pollard suggests that two people be utilized for assembly.

Attach (1) Cross Brace to rear of both Side
Uprights using (4) 3/8" x 3/4" Hex Head Machine
Screws, 3/8" Lock Washers, and 3/8" Hex Nuts.
HAND TIGHTEN ONLY.

Attach the Base Plate to the Welded Side
Uprights using (2) 5/16" x 3/4" Flat Head Machine
Screws, 5/16" Lock Washers, and 5/16" Hex Nuts.
HAND TIGHTEN ONLY.
