    ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 1. Insert and snap lock the LEFT LEG POLE into the METAL BASE. (Match A to A) 2. Insert and snap lock the RIGHT LEG POLE into the METAL BASE. (Match A1 to A1) 3. Slide SHOES over LOWER LEG POLES with the front of the SHOES facing the FRONT label on METAL BASE.
  • Page 6 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 4. Place the PANTS with the FRONT label facing forward over the assembled METAL BASE and LOWER LEG POLES. 5. Insert and snap lock the left UPPER LEG POLE WITH CONTROL BOX to the left LOWER LEG POLE. (Match B to B) 6.

(Match D to D) 9. Tip the assembled METAL BASE, LEGS, WAIST, AND SPINE FRAME backwards against the shipping box to continue assembly.
  • Page 8 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 10. Insert and snap lock the SHOULDER FRAME to the SPINE FRAME. (Match E to E) 11. Attach the TETHER lines (qty 4) and carabiners to the SHOULDER FRAME and SPINE FRAME. 12. Insert and snap lock the LEFT ARM POLE to the SHOULDER FRAME.
  • Page 9 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Insert and snap lock the RIGHT ARM POLE to the SHOULDER FRAME. (Match G to G) 14. Insert the SHOULDER WIRE FRAME into the SHOULDER FRAME. (Match Blue to Blue) (Match Yellow to Yellow) 15. Place SHIRT over SHOULDER WIRE FRAME. Slide left and right arms through sleeves.
  • Page 10 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 16. Insert and snap lock the HEAD into the SHOULDER FRAME. (Match H to H) 17. Attach the hook and loop fasteners on the straps from front of SHIRT around back of neck and secure. 18. Attach the hook and loop fasteners on the hood to top of HEAD.

  • Page 12 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 22. Insert and snap lock the LEFT HAND WITH SACK AND SKELETON into the LEFT ARM POLE. Attach the hook and loop fasteners on the sleeve to the LEFT HAND. (Match I to I) Insert and snap lock the RIGHT HAND into the RIGHT ARM POLE.
  • Page 13 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Insert and snap lock METAL BASE SUPPORT into METAL BASE. Insert and snap lock METAL BASE SUPPORT into METAL BASE. (Match K to K) (Match L to L) 26. Recommended 2 people stand the Bone Collector upright. Connect SHOVEL MIDDLE POLE to RIGHT HAND.
  • Page 14 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 28. Connect the SHOVEL LOWER POLE into the SHOVEL MIDDLE POLE. Twist to lock. (Match O to O) Connect the SHOVEL HEAD into the SHOVEL LOWER POLE. Twist to lock. (Match P to P) 30. Insert and snap lock SHOVEL SUPPORT (extension bar) to METAL BASE SUPPORT.
  • Page 15 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Insert and snap lock SHOVEL SUPPORT (extension bar) to SHOVEL HEAD. (Match R to R) 32. Insert and snap lock METAL BASE SUPPORT into the METAL BASE. (Match S to S) (Match S to S) 33. Pull the PANTS up and attach the hook and loop fasteners around the WAIST FRAME.
  • Page 16 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 34. Unwrap the four TETHER lines out and secure four GROUND STAKES by inserting them into the ground. Finish the GROUND STAKE setup by securing the METAL BASE with four GROUND STAKES in all four corners of the METAL BASE as shown. 35.

    ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Check that the 5.9V 3A ADAPTER located on the CONTROL BOX is fully secure by twisting it tight. Do not over tighten. Move the switch to the ON position. Make a loud sound (clap) or move in front of the item to activate it.
