Issues with the Water flow & Suction: Ensure hose adaptors and connectors are properly tightened with the sealed ring in place (where applicable) Ensure water filter cup is hand tightened and filled with water. Ensure the paper filter does not need replacing, clean the steel mesh filter and dust filter on the fan Check to ensure the hoses are not kinked and that water can flow through them freely Ensure water level in bath is at least 5cm higher than water inlet on Chiller... -

CLEANING YOUR CHILLER SEDIMENT FILTER All Revel Chillers come with a washable 50 micron sediment filter, for daily personal use we recommend to clean (and replace if necessary) every 3-4 weeks adjusting based on usage and personal preferences. For commercial use we recommend to clean (and replace if necessary) every 1-2 weeks depending on the amount of use. - Page 11 CLEANING THE CHILLER INNER-FILTER Inspect and clean the inner filter if you notice a decrease in the flow rate after cleaning or replacing your sediment filter above. We suggest cleaning the inner filter every 6-8 weeks to alleviate strain on the water pump. CLEANING THE CHILLER DUST NET We recommend cleaning the dust net every 12 weeks to maintain optimal performance of the condenser.
- Page 12 Avoid obstructing the fan outlet and ensure there's approximately 1m of clearance around it. Failing to do so will diminish the chiller's capacity to heat and cool the water, resulting in increased wattage, higher power consumption and potential chiller failure. Keep your Revel Chiller in top condition by regularly inspecting and cleaning the equipment, following instructions as outlined above.
