    Safety notes This car sound system is manufactured according to the state of the art and established safety guidelines. Even so, dangers may occur if you do not observe the safety notes in these instructions. These instructions are intended to familiarize you with the most important functions. Read these instructions carefully and completely before using this car sound system.

    General safety notes Observe the following note to protect yourself against injuries: Use as directed. As with all Capacitive Touchscreens, if your fingers are wet or sweaty, it will not function properly. Repairs and installation, if necessary, should be performed by a specialist. Installation instructions It is recommended to only have this unit installed by a professional who specializes in vehicle audio system installations.

    Muting the car sound system (Mute) Briefly press the button to mute the device or to reactivate the previous volume. Main menu (Home) In the main menu, press the buttons on the touchscreen to call up the different sources and operating modes. In the current source, pressing the button will return you to the Main menu.

    Home Menu Apple CarPlay CarPlay is a smarter, safer way to use your iPhone in the car. CarPlay takes the things you want to do with your iPhone while driving and puts them right on your car's built-in display. You can get directions, make calls, send, and receive messages, and listen to audiobooks and music, all in a way that allows you to stay focused on the road.

    Siri Press and hold Apple Home key on car product screen or Side Button on iPhone for using Siri voice assistant, such as issuing a call, playing music, opening the map and other voice commands. When iPhone is connected, enable Siri by steering wheel control. This function is only available on cars equipped with the equivalent key.

    Connect via Bluetooth Establish Bluetooth connection between the car unit and your Google phone (refer to the previous chapter "Bluetooth mode"). Agree with the terms provided by Google. Please turn off the Wi-Fi function in the settings menu of the car unit before connecting your phone via Bluetooth. During the first start up and setup of the Android Auto app, the Maps, Music, Google App will install/update automatically.

Only strong FM stations will be received. Select DX when signals are week. This is ideal in country regions when it can be difficult to find stations.

    Registering Bluetooth devices The Bluetooth® function allows pairing of mobile phones and BT media playback devices with the car sound system. When you pair a mobile phone with the car sound system, you can make phone calls with the built-in hands-free function. You can access the lists of dialed numbers and the phone book of the registered cell phone.

    Media Player mode In the main menu, touch “Media Player” as a quick way to enter BT Audio and USB modes. All functions are as indicated in their relative sections above. __________________________________ AUX mode In the main menu, touch “AUX” to listen and/or view what is being played by the connected device.

    Subwoofer The level and filter can be adjusted for the Sub pre-amp output. Select Subwoofer On or Off by toggling the Subwoofer Filter Use this to filter out higher frequencies that your subwoofer/s are not designed to operate effectively at. This will (if desired) filter out vocals improve the low frequency performance. Select the most suitable frequency cut point to suit your connected equipment.

    Time Alignment Allows you to precisely adjust the time that each speaker/subwoofer is heard. Audio will be more focused and linear at the desired listening point. Loudness Activate to enhance low and high frequencies that are difficult to hear at low volume levels. Internal Amp To turn ON if using the internal amplifier.

    ___________________________________ Camera Input Front Camera Power This device features front and rear camera inputs. Activate the power to the front camera in the setting menu if required. Rear/Front Camera Mirror If activated, the camera image shown on the screen is mirrored. Set as desired. Parking Assist Guide Activate this feature if you prefer to see the parking guidelines.

From the Home menu, touch “Camera” to see connected camera/s. WARNING- Do not rely solely on the camera when reversing. Always be alert to your surroundings.     Button Colour Six preset colours can be chosen for the touch buttons. To select a preset colour, make sure Multi Colour Mode feature is turned off. Multi Colour Mode Will cycle through all colours on the touch buttons. Default setting is ON.
