Intended use The QuickDry drying unit is only suitable for commercial use in combination with dishwashing machines from the M-iClean H range. The QuickDry drying unit is designed for drying washware after the warewash- ing process.

• For stainless steel surfaces, use detergents suitable for stainless steel. Safety devices • The QuickDry drying unit is equipped with an overload protection for the blower motor. What to do in the event of an emergency • In dangerous situations, disconnect the dishwashing machine from the power supply using the locally available main switch.

Requirements for the personnel Commissioning, instructions, repairs, maintenance, assembly and installation of or on MEIKO products may only be carried out/authorised by authorised service partners. During operation it must be ensured that: • Only adequately trained and instructed personnel are allowed to work on the machine.

Product description Functional description The QuickDry drying unit dries washware with room air. To do this, the washware is placed in a suitable dishwasher rack and centred on the drying ta- ble above the lower air outlet nozzles. A blower is used to blow air over the washware for a defined period of time.
