Rout/cut bottom of wood/stone/etc. for outlet as
indicated on template labeled "ROUTING TEMPLATE".

Insert Flip-Up from top, and slip mounting brackets as
shown over threaded studs. Screw the four nuts (8-32)
onto each of the four studs below the mounting brackets
and tighten, locking the Flip-Up in place.
