    FOOD PACKAGING & UTENSILS Please closely follow these guidelines regarding packaging materials and items placed into the microwave. Tightly-closed utensils could explode. Closed containers should be opened and plastic pouches should be pierced before cooking. See the instructions on “Materials you can use in microwave oven” and "Do not use these materials in the microwave oven".
