TO DIMENSIONS SHOWN AT SECOND GEAR
Shifter Hub And Sleeve Assembly
The shifter hub and sleeve assembly consists of the
following:
- Second and high clutch hub
-Second and high clutch sleeve
-Shifting plates
-Springs
-Hub

Install springs in the hub as shown in Figure 10. To
ensure proper tension on shift plates the spring ends
must be placed as shown.
USE SHIMS AS REQUIRED TO GIVE
.oos" TO .017" (0.13 TO 0.43 mm) CLEARANCE
