  • Page 3 Begin by attaching the vertical stand to the base using the 6xM16X110mm bolts. At the base of the vertical install the cylinder using M16X100mm bolt.
  • Page 4 Install the lower arms using a M20 bolt. (Note lower arms have 3 holes.) Install the pump shelf on the lower holes using 2 silver M10 bolts. Thread the included hydraulic fitting to the pump.
  • Page 5 Place the pump on the shelf. Connect the cylinder. Connect the cylinder to the lower arms using the M16X165mm bolt. Install the handle with the last 2 silver M10 bolts.
  • Page 6 Install upper arms with the last M20 bolt. Connect main lift arm using 2xM16X130 bolts. Install pivot plate using the M12X88MM . Then install the 3 adjustment screws to level head.
  • Page 7 Attach the lift plate to the level head using the 2 silver flat screws. Add the blocks to the top Using the 4 socket cap bolts.
