    Fault Finding MATRIX SO4 No Power on the Machine Steam Ready Light on and NO steam JUST water Check the boiler is not overfilled with water. If boiler is overfilled then drain the water out of the boiler once it is cool and there is no pressure using the drain plug underneath the machine.

    Service & Repair MATRIX SO4 Machine Boiler Faults Before checking the machine for faults it is always worth draining all the water from the boiler. This has to be done when the machine is cold and not under any pressure. If the machine has been used Boiler Plug recently I would advise you leave the machine overnight to cool and depressurise.
  • Page 49 Service & Repair MATRIX SO4 Level Sensor Inline Water Filter Machine not heating No water in the boiler. Pump fault, check for blocked filters and is pump running? If pump not running check there is power to the pump if no power than there is a fault with either circuit board or level sensor.
  • Page 50 Service & Repair MATRIX SO4 Steam Switch No Steam Check switch on gun handle is ok and replace if necessary. Check wiring from the switch to the circuit board has continuity through them. If you have any Solenoid Valve broken wires replace hose assembly or the wire if possible.
