Integrating a Datapath VSN series wall controller with Mira Connect™
Datapath VSN series wall controllers running WallControl 10 can be controlled with Mira Connect™, Aveo Systems'® smart
control appliance.
This integration guide provides detailed steps for configuring Mira Connect (using
series wall controller.
Datapath VSN video wall controllers and WallControl 10 can be controlled directly over Ethernet.

Functionality Supported
Mira Connect supports controlling multiple independent video walls and for recalling layouts those video walls. Each video
wall defined in the Wall Control 10 software can be controlled as a separate display tab on Mira Connect.
Once the Datapath VSN series wall controller has been configured with the
automatically detects the video walls, and for each video wall, Mira Connect discovers the layouts.
Mira Connect's user interface is created by mapping video walls to displays and enabling the desired layouts on each video
wall on the Datapath VSN series wall controller as described in this guide. Each video wall behaves like a display and the
layouts for the video wall are selected from the pull‑down list of layouts for each video wall.

Mira Portal will show the equipment status as a green circle with a check mark once the Datapath VSN series wall controller has been confirmed at the specified IP address. A firmware version will be shown if the device reports its firmware version.

  • Page 13 Next, select the Datapath VSN series wall controller as the external switcher and then select the desired video wall (Blueprint, in this example) as shown in the following figure. Blueprint is the name of a default video wall created by the Wall Control 10 software.
  • Page 14 The user interface on Mira Connect will appear as shown in the following figure. Selecting a layout will automatically cause the Datapath VSN series wall controller to switch layouts to the selected video wall. If controlling a real display, instead of the virtual dispdlay, selecting a layout will also ensure the display is powered on and set to specified input.

    Network Connection The Datapath VSN series wall controller is controlled over HTTP using port 19821 for system control and additional ports as necessary based on the number of video walls created. Mira Connect must have a network route to the device to control it.

    If Mira Connect is not able to connect to the Datapath VSN series wall controller: • Confirm that Mira Connect and the Datapath VSN series wall controller have IP addresses that are on the same subnet or are reachable on the same subnet.
