INTENDED USE:
Thanks for the purchase of electric slow cooker with HIGH HEAT
CROCKERY POT.
This slow cooker is intended for household use only.
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS:
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be
observed, including the following:
1. Read all instructions before use.
2. To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plug or whole
cooker in water or other liquid.
3. Make sure the exterior of stone pot and interior of metal liner are
completely dry before switching ON.
4. Do not use abrasive cleaners, it will damage the protective layers.
5. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning.
6. Do not let supply cord hang over edge of tables or counters, or touch
hot surfaces.
7. Do not place the appliance on or near any heat sources such as a gas or
electric burner.
8. Avoid sudden temperature changes, such as adding refrigerated foods
into a heated crockery pot or wash crockery pot immediately after use.
It will cause the pot to crack.
9. Care should be taken to avoid hitting the stone pot against water faucet,
as all stone pots can be broken by a sharp blow.
10. If the supply flexible cord is damaged, the appliances must be returned
to the manufacturer or appointed service centre for replacement of cord.
11. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children)
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of
experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for
their safety
.
12. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.
