    USING THE CAR SEAT ADAPTER 1. Remove the seat. See 2. The adapter has 2 parts: instructions on page 10 left(labeled ”L”) and right (labeled “R” ). Standing at the rear of the stroller, line up the adapter attachment points with the corresponding seat attachment points on the stroller base.
