    BATTERY REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION 1. Make sure the unit is turned Off. 2. Find the battery cover located on the back of the Electronic Panel. Use a screwdriver to loosen the screw and then open the battery cover. 3. If used batteries are present, remove these batteries from the unit by pulling up on one end of each battery.

  • Page 7 LABEL APPLICATION Please securely stick the labels to the activity panels as indicated below: ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS With the Sort & Discover Activity Wagon safety comes first. To ensure your child’s safety, adult assembly is required. For your child’s safety, do not let your child play with the toy until it is fully assembled.
  • Page 8 1. Please make sure the VTech logo side of the Bottom Panel ® is facing up. Connect the Electronic Panel and the Side Panel to the Bottom Panel first. Next, connect the two End Panels to the Bottom Panel. You will hear the pieces click together when inserted correctly.

    2. Attach the 4 Wheels to the End Panels. Push the Wheels onto the supports until you hear the Wheels click twice and are flush with the supports. Note: Attaching the wheels requires firm pressure. We recommend placing the wagon on it's side on the floor, then pushing down on the wheels. 3. Connect the Handle to the End Panels. Push the Handle down until you hear the Handle click into place. PRODUCT FEATURES 1.
  • Page 10 2. Automatic Shut-Off To preserve battery life, the Sort & Discover Activity Wagon will automatically shut down after approximately 30 seconds without input. The unit can be turned on again by interacting with any of the features on the Electronic Panel. NOTE If the unit powers down or if the light fades out during play, please install a new set of batteries.

    TROUBLESHOOTING If for some reason the unit stops working or malfunctions, please follow these steps: 1. Turn the unit Off. 2. Interrupt the power supply by removing the batteries. 3. Let the unit stand for a few minutes, then replace the batteries. 4.
