- Page 8 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS WARNING: NEVER plug this product into a power source until assembly is complete. Before assembling, review the components diagram in Figure 1 below and the Parts List on page 6. Assemble the stand first and gradually add all other components. Then end with attaching the motor housing.
- Page 9 Once the base is assembled, attach the Drive Belt to the motor wheel (A) and to the Spindle Wheel (B) in the compartment directly above. If the two wheels do not line up properly, loosen the four bolts (C) holding the motor in place and slide the motor up or down, depending on need. Once the wheels line up, re-tighten the bolts.
- Page 10 MOUNTING A NEW BLADE: Use replacement blades (BSB-MBS) measuring 82” x 5/8” with 4 teeth per inch. To mount a new blade, begin by placing the upper portion of the blade onto the upper drive wheel, with the blade teeth facing down and toward you. While doing this, insert the blade in the slot located on the upper guide body (N).
