- Page 4 Remember to continue drinking water during and right after your sauna session to avoid dehydration. • Combine the Foldaway Sauna with additional detox methods, like the Niacin and Charcoal Detox Bundle. These supplements release toxins trapped in fat tissue, making it easier to expel them.
- Page 5 Confirm that you have the correct type of UltraLux Foldaway Sauna for your voltage (110V or 220V version). NOTE: If you live in North America, you need the 110V Foldaway Sauna. If you live in Europe or the Pacific, you may need the 220V Foldaway Sauna.

NOTE: We recommend airing out and cycling the Foldaway Sauna for 15-30 minutes before first use. Place the towel under the Folding Chair to cover the floor of the UltraLux Foldaway Sauna. This helps absorb sweat and reduces clean up afterwards. - Page 7 HOW TO USE (CONTINUED) Place the Remote Control in the Remote Control Pocket. Sit inside the Foldaway Sauna with your head coming through the Removable Collar. If you would like to read, watch TV, etc. while enjoying the Sauna, unzip the Hand Opening Zippers and move your hands through the openings.
- Page 8 Do not use the UltraLux Infrared Foldaway Sauna if you are sunburned. Wait at least 30 minutes after eating to use the UltraLux Foldaway Sauna. Do not use the Foldaway Sauna if you are very hungry.

*Maximum temperature may vary based on the surrounding temperature. Machine wash the Removable Collar. Air dry the Removable Collar.
