- Indicates the charge level of the battery
- Indicates whether the unit is charging or discharging the power
- A Low Battery Warning will appear when the battery capacity is less than 10%
- Indicates which output is being used
Charging your PPG100
The PPG100 can be charged by an AC adaptor (Included), 12V DC Car Charger, or by a solar charge.

AC Charging
- Plug the AC Adaptor into the Adaptor INPUT socket
- Plug the AC Adaptor into an AC outlet.
NOTE: It takes approximatley 17 hours to fully charge your PPG100 with the AC Adaptor.
12V DC Car Charging
- Plug the 12V barrel plug into the DC Input 12V~30V socket.
- Plug the the other end of the DC Car Charging Cable into the vehicle's cigarette lighter socket.
NOTE: It is not recommended to charge the PPG100 through the vehicle, it will take too much time to fully charge the PPG100. The vehicle can be used as a top off charge for the PPG100.
Solar Charging
- Plug the solar connector cable (not included) into the DC INPUT (12~30V) socket.
- Plug the other end of the cable into the Solar Panel. (not included)

- Press and hold the green power button to turn on the generator. This will activate the DC outputs and ports.
- To turn off the generator, press and hold the green power button.
Charging a Device through the AC Output

- Press and hold the green power button to turn on the generator.
- Press and hold the yellow ON/OFF button on the generator. This will activate the AC Outputs
- To turn off the generator, press and hold the green power button.
PPG100 Helpful Tips and Tricks
- The PPG100 case is a hermatically sealed waterproof case. You may find it difficult to open the case in the winter time when you charge the generator in your home then take it out in the cold temperature. If this is the case, please unscrew the pressure release valve, once you have done this, you will be able to easily open the case.
- When the PPG100 is being charged, the AC ports are disabled. You will still be able to use the USB output, DC output, and the LED output while the generator is charging.
- When the PPG100 battery level is less than 5%, the generator will shut off to protect the battery.
- When not in use, it is best to charge your PPG100 every 3 months to maintain the quality of the battery
- It is best to use the USB outputs when charging your smartphone or tablet.
