CONCERNS POSSIBLE REASONS SOLUTION

Loud noise from fan

Check for fan obstruction or failure. Check to see that the vent/fan has at least 2-inch clearance. If the issue persists, contact the customer support.

Unit does not cool as advertised

Most Crownful units cool contents down from approximately 35°F-40°F below ambient temperature. But if the ambient temperature is over 104°F, the temperature inside the fridge will be over 64°F.

Water dripping at the back

Caused by water condensation. This is normal during the cooling process. Droplets may occur and drip. Clean the compartment after each use at least once or twice a week or if necessary.

Water leakage

May be caused by cold or frozen drinks or food inside the compartment. Contact support if you need further help.
