In order to print STL models, they must be prepared for printing using CAM software. After support structures have been applied, the 3D model is prepared for printing by breaking it down into the layers to be printed. Using CAM software, the print files (the "Job File") can be exported either as a .zip folder (containing *.png or *.svg files) or as a .slc file and processed by the printer.

1. Move the Z-axis to the bottom position using the JOG MODE by selecting the Move to Bottom function. 2. Remove the cover plate (4). 3. Place the material vat (9) on the four vat mounting bolts provided for this purpose. 4.
Page 22
Caution: Before starting a print job, make sure that the material vat is in perfect condition. Never use a damaged media vat as it may cause material to enter the printer during the printing process and subsequently cause damage. If material has entered the interior of the printer, please contact the W2P service team.

If you want to use the Vat-Log function, select the installed tank (e.g. pw250) and NEXT. In this menu you can also create new vats or open existing Vat-Logs. If you do not want to use Vat-Log, select NEXT without having selected a tank before. In the subsequent menu level, you will be shown a selection of all materials available to you for printing.
Before starting the printing process, please check whether the material vat has been inserted and fixed correctly. Make sure that the material does not exceed the maximum filling level (MAX mark) of the material vat. Overfilling the material vat can cause material to flow out and damage the printer. See Filling the vat with material The printer reminds you to check the vats, the resin level and the installation of the cover plate.
