* Corresponding protective measures should be adopted in the welding area to avoid fire caused by welding sparks. * Do not perform welding operations in work areas such as degreasing, cleaning, spraying, etc. * Do not weld airtight slot, sealed tanks (boxes), or other devices containing gas, otherwise, it may cause an explosion or fire.

2. General 2.1Product description The M528 welding machine adopts digital inverter technology to convert 50/60Hz frequency current into a stable welding output current. Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) is used to obtain constant current characteristics and excellent welding and cutting process results.
Features of M528: * Fully digital control; stable output; * Compact size, lightweight, high efficiency, and energy-saving. * Easy arc starting, stable welding process, good formation * Easy installation and simple operation. * Equipped with power voltage compensation device. It keeps the machine work normally when power voltage fluctuating ±15% of rated voltage.
After the welding is stopped, the welding machine will Gas delay delay the air supply for a period of time to ensure that the welding pool is protected before cooling. Use welding low spatter control technology to greatly Low splash FAWS reduce the spatter of CO2 gas shielded welding feature...

Installation step instructions 1.Replace the wire wheel as shown below. Note: This diagram takes the single-drive wire feeding system as an example. The operation methods of other types of wire feeding system are similar. 2.Install the brass conduit as shown below. Note: There is no need for brass pipes when welding aluminum, if any, please follow the reverse steps to remove them.

b) Check whether the flow meter is turned on and has sufficient flow. A low flow rate may result in insufficient shielding gas stiffness to cover the welded points. It is recommended that the gas flow rate is not less than 3 L/min. c) Use your hands to feel whether there is gas flowing out of the nozzle of the welding gun, and check whether the gas line of the welding gun is blocked.
7 Daily maintenance and checking The following maintenance operations must be performed by personnel who are professionally WARNING qualified or have the relevant knowledge and skills. Daily maintenance * Remove dust regularly with dry compressed air. If the welding machine is used in surroundings with heavy smoke and polluted air, it is necessary to remove dust at least one time for one month.
