1. CAUTIONS:
• Turn power off before inspection, installation, or removal.
• Risk of electric shock - Do not use where exposed to water or weather.
• Suitable for Damp Locations - The lamp is suitable for use in wet locations when used in an outdoor rated fixture.
• Do not make or alter any open holes in an enclosure of wiring or electrical components during kit installation.
• To prevent wiring damage or abrasion, do not expose wiring to edges of sheet metal or other sharp objects.
• Risk of fire or electric shock. LED retrofit kit installation requires knowledge of luminaires electrical systems.
If not qualified, do not attempt installation. Contact a qualified electrician.
• Added weight of the device may cause instability of a free-standing portable luminaire.
• Use only with a portable luminaire that is provided with a shade.
• These LED lamps require all ballasts, capacitors and ignitors to be bypassed or removed. Do not operate lamps on existing ballasts.
• Do not open – no user serviceable parts inside.
• LED Retrofit lamps require 120V-277V input voltage.
• Not for use with dimmers.
• Can be used in totally enclosed fixtures.
• Minimum lamp compartment dimensions: 11.02" x 11.02".
• Double insulation.
• Operating temperature: -40~60 Celsius degree.
• Don't stare at the strong light for long periods of time, as it may cause injury to eyes.
• This device is not intended for use with emergency exit fixtures.
• This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC rules and has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device. These
limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses
and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to
radio communications. Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the manufacturer could void the user's authority to operate
the equipment.
2. INSTALATION INSTRUCTIONS
FOR INSTRUCTION USING SUPPORT STAND
For installation in downward facing horizontal xture, use support with double "prongs".
Cut to desired length after installation. See below.

WARNING: THE LAMP BODY MUST BE EXTENDED WITH 2 SIDES TO LIGHT UP.
1. Put the lamp into the xture
and screw into the socket.

panel is facing toward the front of the
xture and unfold the side light
panels down.
3. Finish the installation with the
mounting bracket and replace the
lens.

  • Page 2 3. FIXTURE WIRING INSTRUCTION: STEP 1: Disconnect power from the luminaire and follow proper lockout/tagout procedures before beginning installation or maintenance. STEP 2: Remove the existing lamp. Dispose of the lamps per local equirements. STEP 3: Disconnect and remove the existing ballast, capacitor, and ignitor. Dispose of the components per local requirements. STEP 4: Connect the Line wire (Line/Hot) to the center contact (eyelet) of the lamp holder.
