this Instruction Sheet in an accessible location. The Instruction Sheet must be read and familiar to anyone
who is using Southpaw Enterprises Equipment.
Store these instructions along with the enclosed maintenance checklist in a safe place. You may also access them on our website.

A. INSTRUCTIONS FOR ASSEMBLY
1) Wooden Cart will come assembled inside shipment Box #2 of 2. Remove cart from box. Remove the cart's
wooden top lid. Set wood lid to side. Remove the hardware package and bag of popcorn beads from inside
the top area of wooden cart. *** Do not open the bag of small, white popcorn beads until Step #6 ***
2) Unpackage the tall, clear popcorn column from shipment box #1 of 2.
tube in an upright position.
3) Carefully remove the round, clear top lid from top of popcorn tube. Set clear top lid to side.
4) Next, remove the black, foam padding spacer which was located inside column in between the inner tube
assembly and the round, clear top lid. (See reference Image A). Discard the black, foam cylinder.
5) Check to make sure the smaller inner tube assembly's round baseplate is nestled flat inside the bottom of
the larger, outer acrylic column.
6) Ensure power to cart is turned OFF. Carefully open one corner the bag with white popcorn beads. Pour all
of small, white popcorn beads into the clear, acrylic column. Replace the round, clear. top lid and fit it back
onto the top of clear acrylic column. Ensure the round, clear lid top is secure and fits snugly on top edges of
clear popcorn column.
!!! Important !!! Do NOT operate cart unit without clear column lid top being in place properly.
7) Place the fully assembled clear Column inside the top section of wooden cart, placing the clear column on
top of the wooden support slats. Position the 4 holes of the clear column's square base so that they are
aligned with the 4 pre-drilled holes on the wooden supports.
8) Using the provided Allen wrench and the 4 joint connector screws, attach the clear column's square base to
the wooden supports. Tighten each screw with the Allen wrench, securing the clear acrylic column's base
to the wooden supports. Do not overtighten the screws.
9) Replace the wood cart lid top by gently sliding the hole opening down over the clear, acrylic popcorn tube.
Align the wood cart lid's square relief opening track with the top edges of the upper section of the cart.
Push down gently on the cart's wood top lid in order to seat it snugly onto the top edges of wooden cart.
10) If desired for storage when not in use, neatly gather the fiber optic strands in a circular fashion and then
affix the Velcro loop (located on underside of wood cart lid) around the circle of strands. (See reference im-
age )
DO NOT PUSH or PULL ON THE CLEAR POPCORN TUBE COLUMN WHEN OPERATING OR MOVING
THE CART. DO NOT OPERATE CART WITHOUT THE CLEAR ACRYLIC LID IN PLACE ON TOP OF THE
CLEAR POPCORN COLUMN. THIS CART SHOULD ALWAYS BE USED WITH SUPERVISION.
B. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
To charge unit:
Attach provided charging cord's end to the charging port on the wooden rover cart. Make sure power toggle
switch is turned to the OFF position—which looks like this " O ". Plug the opposite end of the charging cable
into an electrical outlet supply source. Do not operate the unit while re-charging as this can cause damage to
the battery. If battery level is low, there is a red indicator light which will show on the battery charger located
inside the top area of the wooden cart. When the battery is fully charged, the battery charge's indicator light
will show a green light.
