Congratulations in choosing a unique product to enhance your slot car track
diorama. This can truly be described as a product born from a love for slot cars.
Buying this product have made you a member of a very special family, yes you are
not dealing with a faceless business, but rather a family of slot car fanatics.
We put hours of skill and more importantly love into our products and it is wonderful
to share our love for slot cars with you. May you enjoy the build and have years of
joy having it as part of your trackside diorama.
This product is not a replica of a specific building, but is inspired by an office building
dating back to the golden years of racing. This building was behind the grandstand of
Circuit de la Sarthe where the annual 24 Hours of Le Mans race is held every year.
See photo below. This was quite a big building so we had to scale it down length
wise, but not in height. We also decided to offer this in a narrow/façade version as
we are aware of the limited size of most slot car diorama tables.
We believe that this product should meet all expectations and will enhance any
trackside dioramas, new or old.

In this kit you will find all the laser cut pieced needed to assemble this product. -
Page 3: Familiarize Yourself
If parts must be at a right angle, you can use any object to assist you in obtaining a square finished product in the end. FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF Have a look at a photo of the finished product. - Page 4 Now have a look at the next diagram where all the laser cut parts are shown and numbered from A to K. We will identify each item and where they fit in.
- Page 5 The lower front wall (B) and the two side walls (E) and (F) fit into the foundation (A). The higher front wall (J) fits against the side walls (E) and (F). On the walls are window frames, frame (C) fits on the lower front wall (B); frame (K) fits on the higher front wall (J) and frames (G) and (H) fits on the side walls (E) and (F).
- Page 6 choose the paint of your preference, whether it is oil or water based. Cleaning brushes and rollers are just so much easier if you use a water base paint. A chalk paste can give a unique finish to walls and give a weathered look if so desired. If you prefer to protect the paint work of your structure you can always apply a clear spray coat.
