  1. Before loading tableware, remove large food residue.
  2. Tableware should be placed with a gap in between, mounted on its side with concave side facing down.
  3. Tableware should be placed securely to avoid pooling water in bowls and cups due to turnover during the washing process.
  4. Tableware should not extend from the basket bottom which may resist wash arm rotation.
  5. Small gadgets will drop from the basket easily. we don't suggest washing them with this dishwasher.
  6. Place sharp knives or forks with handles facing upward to prevent hand injury.

NOTE: Do not put in items that are dirty of cigarette ash, candle wax, lacquer or paint. If you buy new dishes please make sure that they are suitable for dishwashers.

caution Caution of Damage to Glassware and Other Dishes

Possible causes:

  • Type of glass or manufacturing process. Chemical composition of detergent.
  • Water temperature and duration of dishwasher programme.

Suggested remedy:

  • Use glassware or porcelain dishes that have been marked dishwasher-proof by the manufacturer.
  • Use a mild detergent that is described as a kind of dish. If necessary, seek further information from detergent manufacturers.
  • Select a programme with a low temperature.
  • To prevent damage, take glass and cutlery out of the dishwasher as soon as possible after the programme has ended.

Maintenance and Cleaning

The filtering system prevents the large food residue or other objects from entering the washing pump. Clean up and maintain the filtering system for better use.

Cleaning the Filter

Cleaning the Filter

  1. Lift the Flip row up 90 degrees until the filter can be fully seen.
  2. Rotate the filter counterclockwise to take out.

  4. Reassemble the filter back and insert it back into the dishwasher. Rotate clockwise to reinstall.
  5. Put the Flip row back down.

  1. Do not operate the dishwasher without the filter installed.
  2. During cleaning, do not knock on the filter which may cause filter deformation and lower washing performance.

Cleaning the Spray Arm

The sprayer should be cleaned periodically as the substances in tap water may block the water ports and spinning axle. Use mild soapy water to rinse the sprayer and brush the holes gently. Completely rinse clean and reinstall.

  • Pull upward on the sprayer to remove
  • Use a fine tool or brush to clean the the sprayer holes

Never use a spray cleaner to clean the door panel as it could damage the door lock and electrical components. It is not recommended to use abrasive agents or some paper towels because of the risk of scratching or leaving spots on the stainless steel surface.

Cleaning Limescale

White limescale may accumulate on the tub and heating plate of the dishwasher with hard water which will decrease the heating effect. Please clean the heating panel periodically.

  1. Remove the filter and place it into the dish basket.
  2. Start the "Intensive" mode without any tableware. After the Intensive washing mode has been running for 2-10 minutes, press the "Pause" button and open the door.
  3. Fill 100ml vinegar or 50g anti-scaling agent (If the limescale accumulates excessively, add more vinegar or anti-scaling agents such as over 200ml vinegar or 75-150g anti-scaling agent.) and close the door.
  4. After the "Intensive" program finishes, there may be a small amount of limescale film on the heating plate, please gently wipe it away.

Cleaning the Dishwasher

Wipe the control panel with a wet cloth gently and then let it dry thoroughly. Do not use any sharp objects, steel wool, or intense detergent to clean any part of the dishwasher.
Clean the door edge ONLY with a soft wet cloth. Don't use any spray which may penetrate into the door lock and control panel. Meanwhile, don't use abrasive objects, it may damage the surface.

Keep Your Dishwasher in Shape

  • After every use, please disconnect the power and open the door to prevent dampness or odor generation.
  • Disconnect the power plug before cleaning or performing maintenance.
  • Do not use solvents or abrasive cleaning products to clean the exterior and rubber parts of the dishwasher. Use only a cloth and warm soapy water. To remove spots or stains from the surface of the interior, use a damp cloth and a little white vinegar, or a cleaning product made specifically for dishwashers.
  • If the dishwasher is placed under 32°F, you are suggested to find customer service for taking following measures:
    1. Disconnect the dishwasher power.
    2. Close the water supply equipment and disconnection between the inlet pipe and faucet.
    3. Drain the remaining water from the inlet pipe and the water valve.
    4. Re-connect the inlet pipe and faucet.
    5. Don't take out the filter from the tub nor suck the water from the water cup with a sponge, which may also cause machine damage or leave traces on the surface.
  • If you are not going to use the dishwasher for several weeks, please operate the dishwasher with the "Intensive" washing program, disconnect the power, close the water inlet, and slightly open the door of the dishwasher.
  • One of the factors that cause odors to form in the dishwasher is food that remains trapped in the seals. Periodic cleaning with a damp sponge will prevent this.

  1. Please carefully read the User Manual containing safe installation, operation and product maintenance.
  2. Please keep the User Manual for future reference.
  3. If the product is sold, presented or moved, please keep the User Manual along with the machine for new user's reference and benefit.

  5. Be careful with the steam and hot water when opening the door!
  6. Carefully check if the door is closed!
  7. Before re-starting the dishwasher, please check the settlement of the tableware and confirm if there is any tableware extending out from the bottom dish basket!
