In all cases there are specific conditions. Some suppliers may require the product affected to be returned to the supplier. Kimberley will facilitate and assist with this process. In some cases the supplier will require the failed item to be assessed and a replacement product may not be available until after that assessment period.

Kimberley’s goal is zero defects. Unfortunately we can’t get to this as the product leaves the factory. • The base components of a Kimberley are robotic laser cut and assembled then welded and this is to a high degree of precision. The canvas, floor, wall and roof coverings are robotic cut and drilled.

CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY and tear) Kimberley select quality products which we include and support. Customers need to be aware that if the air-conditioner or microwave fail, the resultant quality reputation is not directly attributable to Kimberley. It is attributable to the supplier of that brand product.

Alloy wheels are vulnerable to damage if stones & gibbers stay caught between wheel & brake assembly. NB: There is no warranty by Kimberley Kampers Pty Ltd on damage to alloy wheels. STEEL WHEELS ARE RECOMMENDED FOR MAXIMUM SAFETY & SERVICEABILITY.

When it safe to do so, plug in the battery charger to 240V power and leave on. Brakes and Wheels: An easily made error is to drive off and leave the parking brake on. Our practice at Kimberley is that the driver has responsibility to check the locks, brakes and trailer connection before departing. You should check 100% on the connection to the vehicle and that the PARKING Brake is off before departing.

1. Selection of Tyres The VIN Plate on your Kimberley will state the Rim and Tyre size as delivered. There are Wheel sizes and Tyres Sizes and Types that are recommended. If wheels and tyres outside of these recommendations are fitted, it will void the warranty.

The accurate method of understanding how much heat is dissipating from your shock absorbers is to actually know the temperature of your shock absorbers. Kimberley fits every montotube shock absorber with temperature advisory indicators. These give you an irreversible colour change technique so that you can permanently record the highest temperature of any given equipment.

If a customer does not have 14V at the connecting plug or their vehicle is not wired up at the time of handover then Kimberley Kampers can’t warrant that the vehicle will charge the battery system in the Kruiser. You must use a digital multimeter that shows at least one and preferable 2 decimal points. Please do the check as follows.

Recovering Lithium Batteries in a Kimberley from a low voltage cut-out One of the benefits of the Kimberley Lithium 120Ahr Batteries is their ability to be recovered in most cases after a deep discharge. One limitation is that this needs to be done as soon as possible after the deep discharge.
Page 65
This may be from 2-3 weeks on. This is because the chemistry of the Lithium battery breaks down without sufficient voltage present. It is the chemical nature of lithium batteries and is not a function of Kimberley design nor the product. In this case, you need to purchase new batteries.
