  • Page 6 In all cases there are specific conditions. Some suppliers may require the product affected to be returned to the supplier. Kimberley will facilitate and assist with this process. In some cases the supplier will require the failed item to be assessed and a replacement product may not be available until after that assessment period.

Unfortunately we can’t get to this as the product leaves the factory. • The base components of a Kimberley are robotic laser cut and assembled then welded and this is to a high degree of precision. The canvas, floor, wall and roof coverings are robotic cut and drilled.

  • Page 11 When it safe to do so, plug in the battery charger to 240V power and leave on. Brakes and Wheels: An easily made error is to drive off and leave the parking brake on. Our practice at Kimberley is that the driver has responsibility to check the locks, brakes and trailer connection before departing. You should check 100% on the connection to the vehicle and that the PARKING Brake is off before departing.
  • Page 12 1. Selection of Tyres The VIN Plate on your Kimberley will state the Rim and Tyre size as delivered. There are Wheel sizes and Tyres Sizes and Types that are recommended. If wheels and tyres outside of these recommendations are fitted, it will void the warranty.
  • Page 13 The accurate method of understanding how much heat is dissipating from your shock absorbers is to actually know the temperature of your shock absorbers. Kimberley fits every montotube shock absorber with temperature advisory indicators. These give you an irreversible colour change technique so that you can permanently record the highest temperature of any given equipment.
  • Page 14 If a customer does not have 14V at the connecting plug or their vehicle is not wired up at the time of handover then Kimberley Kampers can’t warrant that the vehicle will charge the battery system in the Kruiser. You must use a digital multimeter that shows at least one and preferable 2 decimal points. Please do the check as follows.
  • Page 15 Essentials | Towing Hitch Your Kimberley Kruiser is fitted with a Treg Off-Road Swivel Hitch that attaches to the tow “tongue” on the rear of your vehicle. Hitch maintenance The spring clip on the pin at the bottom of the Treg hitch needs careful attention. The “spring clip” can close on either side of the pin, but there is only a positive closure with tight pressure on one side.

Ensure compressor is off at power switch (A) and that valve handles (E) are in the in-line (Open) position to allow air to flow to and from the airbags during manual inflation testing.

(See ‘Air Suspension Ride Height Setting Guide’ page 16). As a general guide drop the pressure down low for highway travel just to get it low with less wind drag.

Raise the side of the trailer using an appropriate offroad jack system 2. Unscrew the bolt holding the bottom of the air bag to the swingarm 3.

If your van is supplied with the Kimberley Digital Communications System it will come with a WiFi router which the AppleTV is already connected to. Once it is up and running you need to connect your streaming device (iPhone or iPad) to the WiFi network as well.

  • Page 64 Recovering Lithium Batteries in a Kimberley from a low voltage cut-out One of the benefits of the Kimberley Lithium 120Ahr Batteries is their ability to be recovered in most cases after a deep discharge. One limitation is that this needs to be done as soon as possible after the deep discharge.
