The device does not turn on.
1.After the device is connected to the power supply, the power indicator light and
switch bu on indicator light do not light up. What should I do?
It may be that the device is not turned on, the power adapter is loose or faulty. Please check from the following aspects:
Confirm that the device's power bu on is pressed and the device is turned on.
Confirm that the indicator light on the power adapter is steady on and all connections are fully inserted.
No video output
2.When a laptop source is used to connect the device, the monitor does not produce
any image, but the desktop source works fine. What should I do?
It may be a problem with the cable or laptop se ings. Please check from the following aspects:
Use the USB-C cable that comes with the package, and try connecting it to di erent USB-C interfaces on the laptop (some
USB-C interfaces do not support video output).
Enter the display se ings of the laptop and check if the monitor can be detected. If so, try lowering the resolution and refresh
rate.
Enter the laptop's BIOS se ings to check if you can disable the high-resolution mode of USB-C.
Check the laptop's graphics card driver and update it to the latest version.
If you have used other USB-C docking stations or conversion cables, test them to see if they can output pictures normally.
If it is an HP laptop and it could produce pictures normally before, but suddenly it cannot produce pictures, please shut down the
laptop, then press and hold the power key and F5 key at the same time for 30s to confirm whether the problem can be solved.
3.After connected to the KVM switch, my desktop source can only display on one
monitor, but my laptop can display on both monitors. Or when only one monitor is
connected, my desktop can't stream any video. What should I do?
It may be caused by incorrect wiring or adapter cable. Please check from the following aspects:
HDMI input A of the device only corresponds to monitor A, and HDMI input B only corresponds to monitor B. Therefore, when use
HDMI connection, both inputs need to be connected for dual-screen applications, and corresponding connections for
single-screen applications.
When connecting KVM switch to DP port of monitor, please check if you have used an HDMI to DP conversion cable. Please note
this kind of cable is always unidirectional, so make sure to use an HDMI to DP cable, rather than a DP to HDMI cable.
Check the desktop's graphics card driver and update to the latest version.
Connect the desktop directly to the computer to check whether the picture can be produced normally.
The video output is unstable.
4.The video can be displayed normally, but sometimes it stops displaying images after
the computer source is switched, or the image is unstable, and the cable needs to
be re-plugged and unplugged. What should I do?
