Feet Retreat™ 12 Month Limited Warranty and Disclaimer
What the warranty covers:
HeatTrak warrants this product to the original purchaser against defective material and workmanship that oc-
curs during normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. At the company's option, HeatTrak
will either repair or replace the product with the same product free of charge during the warranty period. This
warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the product only and does not include personal injury, prop-
erty loss, or damage arising from the use of the product. The purchaser is responsible for retaining the original
proof of purchase receipt to validate this warranty.
Warranty Exclusions:
Damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, modification or tampering with the product, lack of reasonable
care, or other failures not resulting from defects in materials or workmanship. Some states do not allow the
exclusion or limitation of consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Feet Retreat™ Foot Warming Heat Pads have been designed and tested only for use in their specified applica-
tion. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the product is used according to HeatTrak's instruc-
tions and warnings.
