Use care during assembly.
Begin by determining location for display. An isle end-cap with approx. 4' x 4' of space will
allow ample display space. Assembly will require a 3/4" open-end wrench, 1/2" open-end
wrench or adjustable wrench, a blade screwdriver and pliers.
STEP 1:

STEP 5: Remove nuts, washers and bolts from joint end of Primary Saw Mast (L1). Set this hardware
aside for assembly of Primary Saw Mast (L1) to Secondary Saw Mast (L2). (See Fig 5)

NOTE: Be aware that sections of this assembly will require the assistance of
an additional individual, due to weight of implement and required procedures.
Do not proceed without being familiar with weight of this implement.
STEP 2: Locate Receiver Bracket (D2) onto support legs and align holes
to allow four (4) 3/4" carriage bolts and nuts to securely fasten base
supports together. (See Fig 2). Use 3/4" open-end wrench or adjustable
wrench to tighten.
STEP 3: Unpack contents of LIMBSAW. Carefully cut strapping
bands and separate frame pieces. Locate and remove Receiver Bracket
(L3) from Secondary Saw Mast (L2) by removing hitch pin and clevis pin.
Return original support base to packing box. (See Fig 3)
STEP 4: Place Secondary Saw Mast (L2) into Receiver Bracket (D2),
decal facing forward, and reuse clevis and hitch pins to secure. If arm
leans to either side, rotate 180° in base. (See Fig 4)
