Front and Rear Stabilizers Installation Attach the Front Stabilizer (8) onto the front curve of the Main Frame (1) with two M8x65 Carriage Bolts (35), two Ф16xФ8x1.5 Curve Washers (30) and two M8 Cap Nuts (37). Tighten bolts with Multi Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver.
  • Page 8 Tool: Allen Wrench S6 3.Left/Right Handrails and Foot Bars Installation Ф31.6xФ16x63.4 Teleflex (66) and two Ф19x1.5x45 Small Round Tubes (67) onto Place two Rotation Rod of the Handlebar Post (2). Slide the Left/Right Handrails (6) (7) onto the Rotation Rod of the Handlebar Post (2) and secure in place with two M10x20 Hexagon Bolts (63), two Ø10x2.0 Spring Washers (64), two Ф28xФ16xδ5 D-shaped Washers (65).
  • Page 9 Tool: Allen Wrench S6 Multi Hex Tool S10-S13-S17-S19 4. Left and Right Foot Pedals Installation Attach the Left and Right Foot Pedal (12)(13) onto the Left and Right Foot Bar (4)(5) with six M10x35 Hexagon Bolts (19) and M8 Nylon Nuts (20). Tighten bolts with the Multi Hex Tool provided.
  • Page 10 Tool: Multi Hex Tool S10-S13-S17-S19 5.Left and Right Handrail Arms Installation Remove four M8×35 Carriage Bolts (40), four Φ16×Φ8×1.5 Curve Washers (30) and four M8 Cap Nuts (37) from the Left and Right Handrail (6) (7). Remove bolts with one Multi Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver provided.
  • Page 11 Tool: Multi Tool with Phillips Screwdriver S13-S14-S15 6. Handlebar Installation Φ16×Φ8×1.5 Removed two M8×15 Hexagon Bolts (29) and two Curve Washers (30) with S6 Allen Wrench provided. Insert the Hand Pulse Sensor with Wires (26) into the hole of the Handlebar Post (2) and then pull them out from the top of the Handlebar Post (2).
  • Page 12 7. Computer Installation Remove two M5x10 Bolts (77) from the Computer (32). Remove Bolts with Multi Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver provided. Connect the Extension Sensor Wire (34) and Hand Pulse Sensor Wires (26) to the wires that come from the Computer (32). Tuck wires into the Handlebar Post (2). Attach Computer (32) onto the top of the Handlebar Post (2) with two M5x10 Bolts (77) that were removed.
  • Page 13 Adjusting the Seat Height Turn the M16 Seat Height Adjustment Knob (80) in a counterclockwise direction to release the Seat Post (83) and then slide the Seat Post (83) up or down slightly to the desired hole for the suitable position. Lock the Seat Post (83) in place by tightening the M16 Seat Height Adjustment Knob (80) in a clockwise direction.
  • Page 14 MAINTENANCE Cleaning This equipment can be cleaned with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasives or solvents on plastic parts. Please wipe your perspiration off the trainer after each use. Be careful not get excessive moisture on the computer display panel as this might cause an electrical hazard or electronics to fail.
  • Page 15 WARM UP AND COOL DOWN EXERCISE A successful exercise program consists of a warm-up, aerobic exercise, and a cool-down. Do the entire program at least two and preferably three times a week, resting for a day between workouts. After several months, you can increase your workouts to four or five times per week. Warming up is an important part of your workout, and should begin every session.

  • Page 26 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION STEP 1 Attach the front stabilizer (8) to the front of the main frame (1) and fasten with two carriage bolts (15), two curved washers (36) and two domed nuts (42). Attach the rear stabilizer (09) to the rear of the main frame and fasten with two carriage bolts (15), two curved washers (36) and two domed nuts (42).
  • Page 27 STEP 2 Connect the upper sensor wire (11) from the front support (02) to the lower sensor wire (12). Turn the tension control knob (54) to level 8. Connect the tension control cable (54) from the front support (02) to the extension tension cable (53). Insert the front support (02) into the main frame (1).
  • Page 28 STEP 3 Attached the pedal connection joint L (06L) to the left crank arm (10). Secure using left allen bolt (18L) and one wave washer (32) firstly, then lock the one spring washer (30) and one nylon nut L (40). Attached the pedal connection joint R (06R) to the right crank arm (10).

Secure using one waved washer (37), one hex head screw (23), one flat washer (34) and one D type washer (31) which pre-assembled on the axle of the front support (02). Attach the PVC cap (27) onto the hex head screw (23).
  • Page 30 STEP 5 Attach the pedal connection joint (06L) to the left pedal tube (03L). Secure using one hex head bolt (20), one flat washer (35) and one nylon nut (38). Attach the PVC cap (27) onto the hex head bolt (20) and one nylon nut (38). Repeat this for the pedal connection joint (06R) and right pedal tube (03R).
  • Page 31 STEP 6 Connect the left top handlebar (07L) to the left bottom handlebar (04L), Secure using two hollow carriage bolts (14) and two allen bolts (17). Repeat for the right top handlebar (07R) to the right bottom handlebar (04R). Connect the left pedal (44) to the left pedal tube (03L). Secure using two hex head bolts (22) and two flat washers (35), two nylon nuts (38) Repeat for the right pedal (45) to the right pedal tube (03R).
