コンセントから抜いた後、こて先が冷めたことを確認してから行ってください。 ・ 交換部品（こて先、ヒーター、ヒーターカラー等）は、必ず純正部品をご使用ください。 純正部品以外の部品を使用すると製品故障の原因になります。 ・ 本製品を作業目的以外で使用しないでください。 1. Preface Thank you very much for purchasing [TB-150/TB-240]. Notes for safety CAUTION ! ！... - Page 3 How to use ３．使用方法 ( Ａ ) 使用前の準備 Preparation before use ・本製品は、Ｋタイプはんだこてです。コントローラーに接続の際は、コントローラーのセンサー入力種類を良くご確認の上、使 用してください。 異種センサーで接続すると、実温度とかけ離れた温度で制御することになり、正しいはんだ付けが出来なくなります。 ・使用する入力電圧を確認してください。異電圧で使用すると、ヒーターが破損する恐れがあります。 ・ This is K type of soldering iron. Please confirm the sensor input type of the controller before use. Using with different sensor input type, it cause controlling with far temperature from working temperature, and suitable soldering is not able to do with it.

Maintenance ４．メンテナンス ( Ａ ) こて先の交換及びヒーター交換方法 Replacement of Iron tip and Heater element ① 電源を切り、こて先を安全な温度に下げます。 Turn off the power and wait until the iron tip cools down to safe temperature. ② グリップ端部のセットボルトをプラスドライバーで 緩めます。 Loosen the set bolt at the end of the grip by a cross point screwdriver. - Page 5 ⑦ こて先を外します。 こて先交換のみの場合は⑪に進んで下さい。 Remove the iron tip. * To replace iron tip only ⇒ Proceed to ⑪ ⑧ アースカラーを外します。 Remove the earth collar. ⑨ ヒーターを外し、新しいヒーターを 取り付けます。ヒーター交換は終了です。 Remove the heater element, and replace a new one.
