Error code 7 (E07) on the ROLL-ROAD EMMA 3.0 bike indicates a motor error. To fix it:

1. Check if the motor output line is loose or damaged.
2. If loose, reconnect it properly.
3. If damaged, take the bike to a repair store for assistance.

If the problem persists, contact the distributor for further support.
