- Page 4 Before using the appliance for the first time w Remove all the packaging materials and wash the grill plate, grease collecting cup and metal cover thoroughly. The grill plate and the grease collecting cup are both dishwashers safe. Important: Dry all the different parts thoroughly. This applies especially to the appliance socket. Never immerse the detachable temperature regulator in water.
- Page 5 w If cooked food sticks to the grill plate, rub the plate with a piece of kitchen paper soaked in oil from time to time. F Cleaning and looking after the appliance w Disconnect the appliance from the mains electricity supply. w Allow the grill to cool completely.
