Page 2 Failure to heed the following can result in permanent injury or drowning. Always turn pump off prior to installing or changing Mineral Guard cartridge. Your pump/filter system is operated under pressure and the pressure must be released before you begin work.
Page 3 ® Section 2. Installation and Use Install the Cartridge Install the cartridge into the Mineral Guard vessel. NOTE: The unit can only be installed in one direction. IMPORTANT Initial superoxidation with chlorine is required to burn off contaminants and activate cartridge.
