Warranty and liability

Warranty and liability claims for personal injury and property damage are excluded if they are attributable
to one or more of the following causes:
 Improper use of the product and its components outside its scope of application.
 Improper assembly, commissioning, operation, maintenance and improper transport of the product
including its components.
 Operation of the product including its components with defective or improperly installed safety
devices.
 Failure to follow the instructions in the instruction manual.
 Unauthorized structural changes on the product or its components.
 Poor monitoring of parts that are subject to wear.
 Repairs carried out improperly.
 Disasters due to foreign bodies and force majeure.
