TP-83N Programmable Wireless Indoor Thermostat
The TP-83N is a wireless programmable indoor thermostat with a weekly heating schedule. It can regulate the economical or comfort temperature inside residential
buildings. It offers a few programmable modes. Every mode regulates pre-set temperatures (Comfort, Economy, Holiday, Party). The thermostat is able to measure
the thermal inertia inside the premises and adjust the weekly schedule for the requested temperature to be reached at the pre-set time.

Installation
The TP-83N should be mounted in a dry indoor location. Choose a mounting
location about 1.5 meters above the floor in an area with good air circulation.
The base (tab) on the bottom must not be shielded by any object – see the
picture above.
Avoid places with draughts, dead air spots and radiant heat from the sun or
appliances. The TP-83N should not be installed close to any metal structure or
other objects that may obstruct radio signal transmissions.
1. Release the front cover by pressing the plastic tab on the bottom side of the
housing
2. Mount the back part on to the desired location (fixings included).
3. To pair the device with a receiver see steps 1 to 3.

Replace the battery when the battery symbol is displayed.
The thermostat always shows the current room temperature in the normal
mode. Pressing the control briefly shows the temperature set for this time. The
temperature flashes three times then returns to the current temperature.
Installation
Using the rotary control, press the control for 2 seconds to enter programming
mode.
General rules for programming:
1. Flashing of any icon on the LCD allows you to change the option or choose
the next item.
2. Choose the next or previous item by rotating the control button.
3. Confirm the selection by pressing the control button.
4. When a value is changed, press the button to save the value. The next
option will then show on the LCD.
5. One the required values are changed, select 'OK' to return to the main
screen.
6. After 30 seconds with no action the LCD will return to the main screen

Pairing TP-83N & Receiver:
STEP 1 - The Receiver - Programming Mode
Press & hold the 'programming' button on the receiver for 2 seconds
(the status LED will flash once a second).

STEP 2 - Assign The Device
STEP 3 - Save And Exit
To exit programming mode press the
programme button for 1 second only.
Select A or B To Delete Stored Function
A. Press and hold programme button for
5 seconds, the LED will flash twice a second.
Remove and re-install battery - this will remove
the single pairing.
B. Press and hold programme button for
8 seconds - this will delete ALL stored functions
Release programming button and then press for <1 second to exit
The basic menu has 7 groups of settings:
MA n Manual Mode
LO c Locking the thermostat
OF f Switching of the thermostat
SE t1 Temperature, date and time settings
SE t2 Weekly schedule setting
SE t3 Service menu
OK Saves any new settings and returns to main screen

With the TP-83N installed with batteries fitted,
press and hold the Rotary Button for 5 seconds.
The switching receiver's LED will flash to confirm
pairing.
