TOOLS NEEDED
-Cordless Drill with #2 Phillips bit
-Duct Tape

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ASSEMBLY
Assembly should take place at or near its final destination. The 2 largest pieces from the box are the end pieces. The
end piece with the Red/Black connection for the speakers should be placed where the Stereo will be positioned in the
room. Opposite this, the end piece with the attached heater thermostat should be placed close to an electrical outlet. If
possible, the outlet should not have a wall switch, as turning off power to the heater will let the water cool and bringing
the water back up to an appropriate temperature might take 24 hours.
Position the 2 end pieces close enough that the middle board (2x4) can be positioned over 5 & 6 as marked on the end
pieces. Use 2 joint connectors at position 5 only to secure the middle to the frame. Place side piece over 1 & 2 being
careful to put dowel pins into holes of the end pieces. Repeat with side piece at position 3 & 4 on the other side of the
frame.
Push end pieces together so both side pieces are centered on holes for joint connectors and side plates. Secure with
joint connectors at positions 1 through 6. Use Phillips screws to secure side plates. Tighten all screws.
Connect pre-installed Speaker wires from each end piece black-black and red-red.
Place 2 middle Boards in the center of the frame.
Remove waterbed heater from plastic covering and flatten in the center of the bed. Use a little duct tape on the edges to
hold in place.
Spread out the Liner in the frame pushing the corners of the liner into the corners of the frame.
Position the Bladder with the connector for the hose at the end of the frame where the end-users' feet will normally be
placed. The corners of the Bladder should be pushed into the corners of the frame.
Unscrew cap from the hose connector on the Bladder and empty the contents of the Additive inside the Bladder. Follow
Store these instructions along with the enclosed maintenance check-
list in a safe place. You may also access them on our website.
